Job Title: Customer Service Virtual Assistant (Shopify Expertise)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Requirements:
1. Fluent written English with the ability to understand tone when responding to US based customer
2. Expertise with Shopify backend to make changes to orders per customer request.
3. Ability to pay attention to detail, and be organized and track a customer service request up till the point it has been resolved.
4. Self starter who is able to jump on tasks without needing to be told to do so.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Checking customer service
2. Triaging incoming issues and allocating them to the warehouse or alternate team for ultimate resolution.
3. Tracking incoming requests till they are completed (whether they are being completed by you, or another team). Essentially owning the end to end resolution once a customer service ticket is generated.
