Performance Marketing Specialist – AI Products

NOTE: proven previous similar jobs experience is mandatory!!!

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of driving sales for our AI products from the ground up. As a one-person team, you will be responsible for launching multiple products from zero, building the entire sales funnel, and crafting a seamless customer experience to ensure profitability. This role is ideal for a resourceful and scrappy marketer who thrives on achieving big results with lean budgets.

Responsibilities:
• Launch multiple AI products from scratch, building and managing the entire sales funnel for each.
• Strategize, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and others to drive sales.
• Create or source cost-effective, high-impact ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Design and implement customer journeys, from first touchpoint to conversion, ensuring a smooth and compelling user experience.
• Manage small budgets creatively and efficiently to maximize ROI while meeting sales goals.
• Continuously analyze performance data to identify and implement growth opportunities.
• Experiment with scrappy, out-of-the-box strategies to test and scale successful campaigns.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in launching and scaling digital marketing campaigns with limited resources.
• Ability to independently create and manage sales funnels, from awareness to conversion.
• Strong creative skills for developing engaging ad content and crafting customer experiences.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, track KPIs, and refine campaigns for profitability.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with a drive to deliver measurable outcomes.
