JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Google & Facebook Ads Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid ad campaigns on Google and Facebook (Meta) platforms, driving performance and maximising ROI. You will collaborate with creative teams to craft engaging ad copy, conduct strategic A/B testing, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure our campaigns deliver optimal results.

As a remote member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing campaign strategies and communicating performance insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Creation & Management: Develop, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Facebook (Meta) campaigns.
Keyword Research & Audience Targeting: Conduct in-depth keyword research and segment audiences to create targeted and effective ad campaigns.
Campaign Optimisation: Continuously monitor, analyse, and adjust campaigns to maximise ROI and ensure optimal performance.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to refine ad copy, visuals, and targeting for improved campaign outcomes.
Budget Management: Manage and optimise ad budgets to ensure campaigns deliver cost-effective results within allocated limits.
Collaborate on Strategy: Work with marketing teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and client goals.
Client Communication: Regularly report campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital advertising, particularly with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Qualifications
Proven experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager in a digital marketing environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
Experience managing ad budgets and optimising spend to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Ability to write compelling ad copy and understand audience targeting principles.
Knowledge of Google Analytics or other reporting tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to provide clear and actionable insights to clients.
