Senior Human Resources Manager - Full-time Remote

Falador is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR responsibilities and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a rapidly expanding organization.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the HR team, providing direction and enforcing all HR functions across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with global HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to align and implement corporate HR strategies.
- Develop and enhance company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with evolving regulations and business needs.
- Interpret and communicate company vision and culture to foster alignment across teams.
- Design and renew corporate reward programs with a strong understanding of financial impact and P&L.
- Oversee international HR operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency in global workforce management.

What You'll Need:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
- Proven track record in training and developing managers and employees.
- Exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making.
