Influencer Marketing Coordinator - Full-time Remote

Falador is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Coordinator to lead and manage our influencer partnerships. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who understands the influencer marketing landscape and can drive results through strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Buying, Creative, Brand, Legal) to execute influencer campaigns effectively.
- Plan, coordinate, and track influencer activations to ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaign goals.
- Oversee influencer onboarding, contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with FTC guidelines.
- Analyze post-campaign performance metrics to optimize future influencer strategies.
- Identify new influencer opportunities and trends to expand the brand’s reach.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and engagement metrics.
- Manage influencer communication timelines and expectations.
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead in the influencer space.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or gaming sector.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across various platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail and organization.
- Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret key performance metrics.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
