I’m looking for a talented full-stack developer to design and build a Discord bot powered by OpenAI’s API, along with an accompanying website and dashboard for managing the bot. This is a long-term opportunity with a budget of $400 per month, so we’re looking for someone efficient and passionate about creating great solutions for the clients.

Requirements:
- ability to build a modern website optimized for both desktop and mobile
- integration with GPT using OpenAI API
- Stripe for payments
- build the Discord bot itself
- Dashboard to control the Discord bot, example: MEE6 Dashboard
