Develop audience targeting strategies using Facebook’s targeting features, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and advanced demographic targeting.
Assign and manage budgets across campaigns to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
Collaborate with the team to discuss campaign objectives, strategies, and adjustments.
Execute high-quality ad copywriting and creative placement to maximize engagement and ROI.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and provide regular performance reports.
Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and improve outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest Facebook Ads features, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:

Proven expertise in Facebook Ads management with a strong portfolio or case studies.
VAST knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, campaign setup, budgeting, targeting, and optimization techniques.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, timely approach to tasks.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and managing multiple campaigns.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
