Job Title: Long-Form Video Editor (YouTube Specialist)

Are you a creative and detail-oriented video editor passionate about crafting engaging long-form content for YouTube? Do you have a deep understanding of what keeps audiences hooked, a knack for storytelling, and the technical skills to deliver high-quality videos? If so, we want to work with you!

We’re seeking highly skilled and experienced video editors to collaborate on long-form YouTube content for a diverse range of clients. Our projects span educational videos, vlogs, podcasts, interviews, and more.

What You’ll Do:
-Edit and produce polished long-form videos (5-18 minutes) optimized for YouTube.
-Incorporate storytelling techniques, pacing, and audience retention strategies.
-Add dynamic visuals, motion graphics, captions, and sound effects to enhance engagement.
-Work with raw footage to create seamless transitions, color grading, and audio balancing.
-Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and brand voice.
-Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithms, and audience preferences to create content that performs.

What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience in editing long-form YouTube content.
-Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
-Strong storytelling, pacing, and creative editing skills.
-Knowledge of YouTube optimization techniques, including thumbnails, intros, and outros.
-Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
-Ability to adapt to different styles and client preferences.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:
-Experience with motion graphics and animation.
-Background in a niche such as tech, education, lifestyle, or entertainment.
