JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an experienced Email Customer Support for our dropshipping brand ASAP! We're expanding and need a dedicated A-Player with excellent communication skills who is eager to grow with our team and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer requests via email
- Provide prompt and accurate solutions according to our policy
- Log tickets on Google sheet & communicate with supplier
- Contributing to the improvement of our CS processes

You must be:

- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Minimum 2 years CS Experience (Exp in Shopify Fashion Dropshipping CS is preferred)
- Experienced in platforms like Reamaze (or Zendesk/Freshdesk/Gorgias)
- Highly organized, motivated, and willing to learn and grow
- Problem-solving & Customer-oriented
- Able to work up to 8 hours/day during Hong Kong day time(GMT+8), including weekends
