We are in the development and idea phase for various online projects and are looking for a Virtual Assistant who can grow as we grow and is adaptable, proactive, and open to learning as our projects evolve. You’ll play a role in researching, planning, and organizing tasks while contributing to content, branding, and website management.

Help us create plans for daily actions, business plans and website mockups.

Research ideas for online projects, using website research tools.

Propose solutions to address project and project idea roadblocks.

Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Research and identify potential revenue streams, including ad placements, affiliate programs, and premium memberships.

Assist with branding tasks, such as creating cohesive visuals or naming new initiatives.

Manage and research affiliate marketing programs and partners.

Monitor metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions) and recommend adjustments for social media, advertising plans, and other marketing strategies.

Manage WordPress plugins, themes, and integrations.

Set up tools and workflows to automate repetitive tasks.

Research and assist with Kickstarter and Patreon campaigns.

Helpful SKills:
A creative mindset for branding and campaign strategies.
Strong research and organizational skills.
Experience with website research tools.
Basic knowledge of WordPress and marketing platforms.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing, branding, and content creation.
Understanding of metrics and analytics tools to track performance.
Basic knowledge of Kickstarter and Patreon platforms.
Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier
Graphic design ability for creating visuals and mockups.
