Help Build a Leading Personal and Dental Brand Across Social Platforms

Park Place Dental Practice (Upgrade to see actual info) is looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence and personal brand building, primarily focusing on Instagram and TikTok.

If you're passionate about creating engaging, trending content and can manage our entire social media ecosystem with creativity, strategy, and consistency, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Content Strategy & Ideation:

Generate unique, engaging, and trending content ideas that align with our brand’s voice.
Stay updated on social media trends, industry updates, and viral content strategies.
Develop content strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Content Creation & Management:

Edit and create high-quality short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Collaborate with the team to receive content (we will provide raw content), ensuring it’s transformed into engaging posts.
Schedule and manage daily content across all platforms, ensuring consistency and growth.
Write captivating captions, hashtags, and engaging call-to-actions that drive interaction.
Social Media Engagement & Growth:

Actively engage with our audience through comments, messages, and interactions to foster a strong online community.
Plan and execute daily Instagram Stories to keep our audience engaged.
Monitor analytics and optimize content strategy to maximize reach and engagement.

Key Deliverables:
Minimum weekly content output:
7 TikTok videos
5 Instagram posts
Consistent Instagram Stories
Regular YouTube Shorts (no long-form content required)
Multiple tests for engagement and growth
Work alongside our marketing team to complement our paid marketing initiatives with organic content

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
Strong video editing skills and ability to turn raw content into engaging short-form videos.
Excellent understanding of trending content, viral strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
Proficiency with social media management tools
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
Ability to work independently and proactively suggest new ideas to keep content fresh and exciting.
Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain consistent posting schedules.

Create
1) A short video where you:
Introduce yourself and share your thoughts on the latest TikTok/Instagram trends.
Identify who you believe some of the key influencers in socail growth space are and how their content strategies align with market trends.
Discuss what you know about the UK/European/American markets and how social media growth strategies differ from Asia.


2) Video Content: (I will pay you £10 for your time)
Show me your skills
Take key elements from our website and social channels and create a video that fits our brand's unique voice and style (you are fine to screen record and screen capture)
Analyse our branding and tone, using initiative to develop something that aligns with our practice, not just any dental practice.

I will be assessing your skills at reading the online presence of a business and what they are aiming to become in the future. I will also be assessing your video editing skills - key hint: We want to become the most widely known dental practice in the UK for our transformative skillset, approachable nature and behind the scenes documentation making dentistry seem more accessible to all those patients that have avoided visiting a dentist in the past.
