What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in recruiting who is proactive, tech-savvy, and a great communicator. You should be comfortable working remotely, using various sourcing platforms, and confident with cold calling. Excellent English is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with clients to draft detailed job descriptions and define hiring criteria.
Use innovative and effective recruiting strategies to find and attract top talent.
Source and build pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Conduct phone or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback.
Handle job postings, advertisements, and outreach campaigns.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment screenings as needed.
Use tools like HubSpot and Recruitee to track, manage, and report on recruitment activities.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Work closely with company leaders, clients, and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Meet weekly quotas for calls, emails, and sourcing efforts.

What You Bring to the Table:

A proven track record of success in recruiting for at least 5 years.
Expertise in using sourcing platforms like Recruitee, HubSpot, Indeed, and JustCall.
Confidence in cold calling and candidate outreach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple positions and clients simultaneously.
A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
