Urgent Hire: Senior Property Manager

We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team! If you have a strong background in property management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing day-to-day property operations, keeping tenants happy, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Handling repairs and maintenance to keep things in top shape.
Building strong relationships with tenants and taking care of their needs.
Helping with leasing, property tours, and marketing to bring in awesome tenants.
Managing budgets, rent collections, and other financial tasks related to the property.
Bonus if you're familiar with Appfolio and/or Buildum!

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in property management is a must!
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong communication skills for talking to tenants, contractors, and the team.
Super organized and good at juggling multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented to make sure properties stay in tip-top condition.

Competitive pay: $6 - $8 per hour based on experience.
