Senior-Level Operations Specialist

About the Role

I am seeking a senior-level professional to join me as a true partner across my three businesses, each of which reflects my passion for design, real estate, and short term rentals. This is not a role for someone who needs constant supervision or direction. I am looking for an individual who can operate as an extension of myself—strategizing, implementing, and driving operational excellence.

This role starts as a 20-hour-per-week trial position for 2-3 months, with the potential to grow into a full-time, 40-hour-per-week permanent role based on performance. The ultimate goal is for you to take the reins of operations and push these businesses to new levels, driving efficiency and results that exceed current standards.

What You Will Be Working On

1. SM Luxe Properties (Short Term Rentals)

This business focuses on managing and hosting short-term rentals (Airbnb properties). The properties are designed with families and pet owners in mind, offering exceptional amenities and a thoughtfully curated experience.

Responsibilities for SM Luxe Properties:

Manage Hostfully PMS software and update property listings.

Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure seamless turnover management.

Periodically address guest questions, complaints, or special requests.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize nightly rates and streamline operations.

Explore partnerships with influencers, coaches, and insurance stay programs.

Create and distribute cleaning manuals for operational efficiency.

Ultimate Goal: Increase booking occupancy, nightly rates, and scale to additional properties.

2. SM Luxe Design Studio

This soon to launch business offers pre-designed style boards with linked items for purchase, catering to homeowners, airbnb hosts, real estate investors, builders, and flippers. The focus is on delivering a seamless design experience for clients.

Responsibilities for SM Luxe Design Studio:

Optimize internal workflows to maximize efficiency.

Manage affiliate marketing partnerships.

Collaborate with the marketing team on operational strategies to drive revenue.

Ultimate Goal: Grow revenue with design boards.

3. Real Estate Business

As a licensed realtor, I help homebuyers, sellers and investors navigate the real estate market. My goal is to provide a seamless client experience while growing the business.

Responsibilities for Real Estate Business:

Manage transaction coordination to ensure smooth closings.

Generate and nurture leads, maintaining an organized database.

Write offers and assist with managing listings.

Ultimate Goal: Gain more signed clients to buy, sell, and invest.

Trial and Permanent Position Details:

Trial Period: 20 hours per week for 2-3 months. ($450/month)

Evaluation: Performance will be assessed during the trial period to determine fit and results.

Permanent Position: If selected, the role will transition to a full-time, 40-hour-per-week permanent position after 3 months with a salary of $900 USD per month. I believe in creating win/win solutions, so if you demonstrate strong performance and successfully drive revenue growth, we’ll revisit your compensation and discuss an increase to better reflect your contributions.
