Responsibilities:
-Organize and manage
-Handle invoicing, financial reports, and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
-Oversee CRM updates and maintain client data accuracy.
-Facilitate communication and assign tasks across the team.
-Assist with scheduling and uploading video content.
-Prepare homeowner education materials and presentations.
-Monitor and report sales and operational performance.
-Respond promptly to inquiries and follow-ups.
-Identify tools and solutions to improve business processes.
-Ensure accuracy and organization in data reporting.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative support.
-Exceptional organizational skills for managing schedules and correspondence.
-Proficiency in invoicing, financial reporting, and data management.
-Strong communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to track and analyze metrics effectively.
-Tech-savvy and resourceful in researching tools for business optimization.
-Commitment to accuracy in data entry and reporting.
