We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Admin to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on providing excellent customer support and can manage administrative tasks with precision.

-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
-Process orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
-Address product-related questions and provide detailed information.
-Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

-Strong customer service skills with a positive and patient approach.
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
-A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically under pressure.
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience in customer service and administrative support is a MUST
