Technical Support Representative
Punchmark - Charlotte, North Carolina


Punchmark is looking for a technical support representative who likes to solve problems to help our ever-growing client base.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

-Assisting Account Managers with support tickets for clients needs with technical website assistance
-Working on support tickets based on client requests and bug reports
-Troubleshooting technical, administrative, and billing issues for website clients, via tickets and emails
-Learning and understanding our proprietary CMS, SiteManager
-Working with Account Managers on additional feature requests and solving high-level problems
-Providing customers assistance with the back-end of client websites and providing educational assistance from our Knowledge base
-Continuing to learn and build your technical skill set

What We're Looking For:

-A helpful attitude and a friendly disposition
-Excellent Communication Skills
-The empathy and desire to want to help small business owners with web-related issues
-Technical problem-solving skills and the desire to learn beyond your skill set
-Patience with customers and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly via email
-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers
-General knowledge of HTML
-Knowledge in Linux / PHP / MySQL / JavaScript is a plus!
