JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Facebook Admin. This is a part-time position designed for someone who is passionate about social media management, loves engaging with online communities, and is comfortable with managing and growing Facebook pages. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our Facebook fan pages, ensuring the content remains fresh, engaging, and aligned with our brand's voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Facebook Fan Pages: Oversee multiple Facebook fan pages, ensuring they are regularly updated with fresh and relevant content.

Content Creation: Post daily content that is engaging, relevant, and aligns with our audience's interests. This can include text posts, images, videos, polls, and links.

Engagement: Respond to comments, questions, and direct messages in a timely and friendly manner. Foster a positive online community by engaging in conversations and interacting with followers.

Page Monitoring: Monitor pages for spam, inappropriate comments, and any issues that arise. Ensure that the pages are in compliance with Facebook’s guidelines.

Profile Warming: Warm Facebook profiles in preparation for future use, ensuring that profiles are actively engaging with posts and creating natural interactions.

Creative Problem Solving: Think outside the box and come up with new ways to engage the community, drive page growth, and enhance interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in English: Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in both writing and speaking. Strong grammar and spelling are essential.

Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take initiative. You should be a motivated self-starter who doesn’t need constant supervision.

Creativity: Think creatively about content and engagement strategies. Bring fresh ideas to the table for increasing interaction and fan engagement.

Attention to Detail: Ensure all posts, comments, and interactions are accurate, professional, and aligned with our brand tone.

Familiarity with Facebook: Basic knowledge of Facebook tools and features like post scheduling, analytics, and page insights.
Flexible Schedule: Ability to work part-time with flexibility on hours.

Additional Notes:

This is a remote, part-time position.
The starting pay is $35 per week.
Training will be provided.
