E-commerce Sales Representative

Full-Time (Night Shift Philippines) (9-5pm PST)

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-centric Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires handling primarily inbound, warm sales calls, managing orders in Shopify, and delivering a great customer experience. Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have spent time in the U.S. and understand the expectations of our American customer base.

This is a perfect job for someone who has spent time in the US before!

Responsibilities:

- Take inbound, warm lead sales calls and respond to emails.
- Process and track orders in Shopify.
- Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns.
- Resolve inquiries and sales-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with the team to support a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:

- Availability to work full-time NIGHT SHIFT (9 AM to 5 PM PST Los Angeles time).
- Near-perfect spoken and written English communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required.
- Proficiency in Shopify is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Gmail, chatbots, and phone sales tools.
- This is for a HARD WORKING applicant who will not miss a call.

Compensation:

- Base salary: $800/month, plus 1% commission on all closed sales.
- With an average order value of around $3,000, the on-target earnings (OTE) are estimated to be $1,000 - $2,000/month.
