Homecare job recruiter

We are looking for Homecare job recruiter with a Registered Nursing license required. What I am looking for is a job recruiter to work with our Homecare team. The job recruiters responsibility will be to assess an idea where we might need caregivers and look at how we can fill those positions. Ideally the candidate will also possess good software skills and the ability to learn new software. We use Indeed as our hiring platform.

Our sales are primarily homecare. We will explain our services in detail to qualified candidates. If they decide to sign up for our homecare services, then the job recruiter with instructions from Director of HR will seek out potential caregivers.

The Homecare job recruiter will also help me with various other task, such as billing and payroll task. I would like to see a RN handle these calls with potential caregivers and as far as starting date, will be immediate if the candidate fits. You must be a registered nurse for this position.
