We are urgently hiring a Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on reaching out to potential clients, booking appointments, and closing deals to contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via outbound calls to introduce and promote our services.
Schedule appointments for follow-ups or detailed discussions.
Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Record and manage client data and interactions accurately.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in business development, tele calling, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Results-oriented with a commitment to meeting targets.
Reliable and ready to start immediately.
