Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Preparation and follow-up on paperwork related to annuities, life insurance, managed accounts, and asset transfers.
Data entry and maintenance of CRM systems (e.g., Wealthbox or similar).
Track and manage Excel-based reports for marketing, production, and client data.
Operational Efficiency:
Automate and optimize Excel workflows for tracking marketing and business performance.
Use provided training materials and resources to become proficient in tools and software.
Implement improvements to existing systems as directed.
Client Interaction Support:
Record and transcribe Zoo
Update client information and records as required.
Training and Development:
Participate in monthly training sessions to enhance skills.
Learn new tools, processes, and best practices to better serve clients.
General Tasks:
Respond promptly to team queries and assignments.
Provide timely updates on task progress.
Qualifications:
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work on advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automations.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Wealthbox, Salesforce, Redtail) is a plus but not required.
Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
