YouTube Thumbnail Designer for Real Estate Channel

Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented thumbnail designer to create eye-catching, high-converting thumbnails for a YouTube channel focusing on real estate in the South Denver area. Our ideal candidate has experience designing for a U.S.-based audience, understands real estate trends, and can balance creativity with professionalism to improve upon our current style.
Responsibilities:
- Design visually engaging thumbnails tailored to a U.S.-based audience, specifically for real estate-focused content.
- Enhance our current thumbnail style, avoiding overly AI-generated, cartoony, or outdated designs.
- Ensure designs are concise, clickable, and relevant to the video content.
- Turn around initial concepts within 1 week and make edits within 24–36 hours.
- Collaborate closely to ensure the final product aligns with our brand identity and vision.
Requirements:
- Proven experience designing thumbnails for U.S.-based YouTube channels, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
- Portfolio demonstrating an ability to create professional, engaging, and clickable thumbnails.
- Familiarity with current YouTube trends and best practices for thumbnail design.
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- References will be required and verified.
- Access to necessary design tools
Compensation:
- $7USD per Thumbnail; all fees for payment paid by client
- If selected for an interview, applicant will be asked for a piece of trial work. Trial work will be paid subject to applicant submitting a payment request.
