Our client is a US-based real estate investor looking for a skilled individual who is passionate about real estate and possesses EXCELLENT communication and organization skills. As a cold caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and providing administrative support to our team.
We are seeking an agent with NO ACCENT when speaking English. If you have a heavy accent when speaking English, please do not apply.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for our team.
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Respond to inquiries from clients via phone,
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and market trends.
Do you have
previous experience in real estate and administration?
strong communication skills both written and verbal?
excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks well?
the motivation to work independently with minimal supervision?
knowledge of real estate terminology and practices?

Wage Salary: $8/hr to start + excellent bonuses
