Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant with outbound calling responsibilities, you will play a key role in driving sales and scheduling appointments for our team. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, persuasive communication, and the ability to follow up with leads and clients efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to schedule appointments or demos
Engage with leads to generate interest in our products or services and convert them into appointments
Maintain detailed records of calls, appointments, and sales outcomes in our CRM system
Follow up with prospects as needed to ensure appointments are booked and all inquiries are addressed
Build rapport with potential clients and establish trust to increase conversion rates
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for appointments booked and sales made
Provide feedback to management on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and customer preferences
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and follow-up processes
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound calling, sales, and appointment booking
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Comfortable with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
High level of professionalism and positive attitude
Ability to handle objections and convert conversations into opportunities
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
