JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst / Business Analyst with a passion for creating detailed, interactive Gantt charts and visualizations to design employee pathways and career progression frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, advanced visualization skills, and experience developing tools that blend interactivity, file integration, and intuitive layouts to support organizational talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Gantt charts to visualize employee pathways, career progression, and milestone tracking.
Incorporate file integration capabilities into visual tools, enabling seamless access to resources like training plans, performance reviews, and certifications.
Collaborate with HR, management, and cross-functional teams to define career progression frameworks and role expectations.
Analyze employee data, such as performance metrics, skill gaps, and tenure, to provide actionable insights and improve workforce planning.
Present clear and visually appealing pathways that align with organizational goals, promoting transparency and engagement for employees.
Continuously optimize career progression tools by integrating feedback and adopting best practices in data visualization and user experience.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role focused on data-driven visualization.
Expertise in creating interactive Gantt charts using tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or other project management platforms.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create dynamic and engaging visual layouts.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data interpretation.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, visually appealing, and actionable manner.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with career development frameworks and talent management strategies.
Experience working in HR analytics or workforce planning.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python or R) for advanced data analysis.
Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles to enhance interactive tools.
Prior experience in creating dashboards or tools specifically for HR or organizational development purposes.
