Job Summary
We’re on the lookout for friendly and motivated Chat Support Executives to join our team! Your main role will be to chat with clients, build great relationships, and provide top-notch support. If you’re great at chatting, love helping people, and want to be part of a fun, growing team, this job is for you!

What You’ll Do

Client Chat Support
- Chat with clients to answer their questions and help with their needs.
- Build friendly and genuine relationships through engaging conversations.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with your team to share tips, feedback, and ideas.
- Help keep everyone on the same page to deliver the best client experience.

Upselling (Made Simple!)
- Spot opportunities to recommend extra services or upgrades that clients might love.
- Help clients see the value of trying out new features to make their experience even better.

Keep Things Organised
- Update client details and conversations in our system.
- Share quick updates on how things are going during your shift.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in chat support or similar roles (even 1–2 years is great!).
Friendly, clear, and confident communication skills.
Someone who loves chatting and is good at building trust with people.
Comfortable using chat tools and staying organised.
A positive, goal-focused attitude.
