Creative Website Designer & Cloner

ESPECIALLY LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE USING FRAMER+FIGMA (TEMPLATES, ANIMATIONS, CLEAN DESIGNS)

Responsibilities:
- Clone existing websites with precision, replicating design, structure, and functionality as closely as possible.
- Rebrand cloned websites by integrating new logos, names, color schemes, and branding elements.
- Design custom websites from scratch based on provided ideas, sketches, or reference materials.
- Incorporate engaging elements like animations (e.g., Spline or similar 3D components) to enhance visual appeal.
- Ensure all websites are polished, responsive, and professional, regardless of whether they are custom-made or cloned.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in website-building tools and platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Figma).
- Strong graphic design skills for creating custom branding and rebranding.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website design best practices.
- Creativity to adapt and improve designs, whether cloning or building from scratch.
- High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Basic Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Consistent and reliable internet connection with minimal downtime.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in basic tools
- Familiarity with communication tools like Discord, Telegram, or WhatsApp.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and meet deadlines.
- Must own a reliable computer capable of handling required tasks.

Working Hours:
We are available from 8 AM to 7 PM EST every day to provide feedback, answer questions, and support your work.
You will be asked to work 40 hours a week (Flexible, Monday-Friday)
We observe most Filipino holidays (except All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day).
You will be asked to submit a short End-of-Day (EOD) report every day covering:
- What you accomplished today.
- Any challenges you faced.
- Anything you need from us (tools, clarifications, etc.).
We will review and respond quickly so you can hit the ground running the next day.


Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $6–$8/hour depending on experience.
- Bonuses: Bonuses for completed projects or exceeding expectations. Example:
- $25–$50 bonus for a high-quality website clone or design.
- Tools Provided: Need a ChatGPT Plus account, Canva Pro, or other tools? We will provide access to ensure you can work efficiently.
- Payments: Weekly or bi-weekly payments via your preferred method (e.g., PayPal, Payoneer, Wise).
