Community Engagement Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and resourceful Community Engagement Specialist to join our team and take charge of network-building efforts across various platforms. This fully remote role focuses on identifying and engaging with promotional threads, groups, and communities to recruit potential collaborators, members, or partners. The ideal candidate will thrive in online outreach, possess strong communication skills, and be adept at fostering meaningful relationships that drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
-Utilize search functions, hashtags, and online communities to identify relevant promotional threads, groups, and communities aligned with company goals.
-Monitor and actively participate in groups and threads to scout opportunities for collaborations or partnerships.
-Identify potential collaborators or groups offering promotional services that align with our objectives.
-Craft and send personalized messages to potential recruits, highlighting the benefits of joining our network.
-Invite interested parties to connect on designated platforms (e.g., Telegram) for further discussion and coordination.
-Regularly review the effectiveness of the network and implement improvements as needed.
-Maintain and expand the company’s network by onboarding new recruits and ensuring consistent engagement.
-Create new threads, groups, or communities as necessary to broaden reach and attract potential collaborators.
-Use professional and clear language in all interactions, adapting tone to suit platform norms.
-Personalize outreach messages to reflect the interests and activities of recruits or collaborators.
-Conduct farming activities daily to maintain momentum and ensure consistent progress.
-Provide regular updates to team leaders on recruitment progress, findings, and any challenges encountered.

Qualifications:
-Preferred previous experience in outreach, recruitment, or online community management is a plus but not required.
