Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant - E-Commerce Store Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce business. In this role, you will oversee customer service operations, order management, inventory coordination, and back-office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer inquiries via
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently through Shopify and ShipStation.
* Coordinate shipping from suppliers and monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
* Maintain and update inventory records using Google Sheets and Excel (must-have skills).
* Assist in creating and editing marketing materials or visual assets using Canva (preferred).
* Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement self-maintenance processes.
* Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge and 2+ years of experience in Shopify (MUST!).
* Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (MUST!).
* Experience with ChatGPT is required.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Exceptional written communication skills in English.
* Experience coordinating shipping and managing inventory processes.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing processes independently.
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with ShipStation
* Basic skills in Canva (a plus!).
* Previous experience working in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.
