Compensation: $1800 - $2200 USD/month

About the Job:
Our client specializes in Digital Billboards and aims to lead the On-Demand Portable Digital Billboard market. They are looking for a proactive Digital Network and Client Coordinator professional to support senior leadership, manage content, and optimize the success of the digital signage network. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, managing network content, and supporting network growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all digital billboard content remains fresh, relevant, and updated, flagging any stale or outdated content.
Ensure that CMS (Content Management System) tools are actively used to upload, schedule, and manage content.
Proactively flag content that hasn't been updated and address issues before they affect network performance.
Work with clients to ensure they fully adopt and understand CMS tools, helping them keep content current.
Identify and address potential issues early, especially when clients aren’t using the tools properly, as it could affect digital network performance.
Assist clients with uploading, optimizing, and formatting content within the CMS tools to meet digital billboard standards.
Learn and master content management platforms like Brightsign, Onsign, and other related tools for efficient content management and troubleshooting.
Continuously monitor content across the network, ensuring consistency and quality, and provide regular updates to teams and clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their content needs and recommend optimizations for better visibility and impact.
Coordinate timelines and tasks for content updates, ensuring timely execution and smooth communication between teams and clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction with content performance and network success.
Manage and oversee any logistical needs related to content updates, delivery schedules, and physical setup for digital billboard installations or updates, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Digital Content Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong organizational, project management, and content coordination skills.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., Brightsign, Onsign) and digital media platforms.
Prior experience in content creation, management, or digital media is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (high professional level/native proficiency).
Must be willing to work during holidays, overtime, and weekends as needed.
