Appointment Setter - Cold Caller

Hey there rockstar setters!

We own a Real Estate Marketing Consultancy that serves the US market.

Our packages start at USD 3k for a full 12 months of mentorship and marketing management for real estate agents.

Earnings: BIG cash incentives to be rewarded if you’re able to deliver!


7.5% comms on all Cash collected including Payment plans. If a client does 2 pay you get the next month, if they do 3 split you get the 3rd month as well. Will get to 10% by hitting certain KPIs.

Realistic On target earnings (OTE): $225/m from 2 hours of work, $4/h

100 dials*26 working days/m = 2.6k dials = 1 appts/day*26= 26 appts/m
26*40% show rate= 10 shows to trial.
30% sign up = 3 trials
30% paid client = 1 paid client = $3k (7.5% comms = $225)

With weekly bonuses, increasing my price to $5k after a few sales ($500 comms per sale), comms being 10?ter hitting KPIs, 200 dials/day so full time, realistic OTE = $1k/m


Our ideal candidate:

1. Comfortable on the phone talking to high level prospects (RE agents)
2. Min 6 months experience phone setting
3. RE related experience preferable
4. Not afraid to be challenged by A-type personalities
5. Doesn't have a strong Philippino accent (since you'll be cold calling US folks from our list)
6. Preferably female
