We specialize in 2D, 3D, and Live Action videos, as well as corporate photography. Our projects span live streaming, corporate videos, brand videos, and more.

We are seeking a talented Creative Content Lead & Production Associate to join our team remotely from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the creative process from concept to execution, focusing on scriptwriting, creative support, and assisting the production team across various projects.

Role Description:
As the Creative Content Lead & Production Associate, you will play a vital role in both the creative and production aspects of our work. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling scripts while supporting the overall creative and production process. This role requires creativity, versatility, and strong collaboration skills. You'll report directly to the Creative director and Art director.

Key Responsibilities:Script Writing (Primary Focus):
- Develop and write high-quality scripts for 2D, 3D, and live-action projects.
- Work closely with the creative team to shape story concepts, character development, and narrative flow.
- Review and refine scripts from other team members or external contributors.

Creative Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Video Producers, Creative Director and Art Director to bring creative ideas to life.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new projects and improve existing concepts.
- Help prepare pitch materials and presentations and incorporate client feedback into creative work.
- Help translate conceptual ideas into concrete visual elements for live action and 2D projects.
- Coordinate across creative departments to ensure smooth project development.

Pre-Production Assistance:
- Assist the production team with tasks such as casting, coordinating schedules, and maintaining documentation.
- Help manage creative resources and budgets during the pre-production phase.

Storyboarding & Visual Development:
- Collaborate with the Art Director to ensure the script aligns with the visual narrative.
- Provide input on storyboards and concept art, bridging the gap between written and visual storytelling.

Industry Awareness & Quality Control:
- Stay updated on industry trends, storytelling techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet the company’s high standards of quality.
- Participate in review processes for scripts, storyboards, and other creative elements.

Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Media, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of script writing experience for film, television, or digital media.
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of creativity and aesthetics.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under deadlines.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and completed projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to clearly articulate creative ideas.
- Familiarity with production workflows and processes.
- Experience using AI tools to optimize and accelerate the creative process, ensuring faster and more efficient content creation.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and leadership potential.
