Your Responsibilities:
1. Daily Content Creation and Posting:
Create and schedule dynamic, high-converting posts for at least 4 themed social media pages daily across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
o Focus on driving clicks, traffic, and sales.
2. Graphic Design & Video Editing:
o Design compelling visuals, videos, and user-generated content (UGC) that resonate with target audiences.
3. Sales Copywriting:
o Write persuasive captions, ad copy, and scripts for videos that convert viewers into customers.
4. Trend Research & Strategy:
o Stay ahead of the curve by researching viral trends, keywords, and hashtags.
o Identify the best posting times and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
5. Performance Monitoring:
o Track and report key metrics (engagement, views, clicks, conversions).
o Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience:
o At least 2 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design.
o Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts algorithms and audience targeting strategies.
• Skills:
o Graphic design and video editing expertise.
o Exceptional time management and the ability to meet daily quotas stress-free.
o Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
o Knowledge of scheduling tools, research platforms (e.g., Facebook Ad Library), and analytics reporting.
• Mindset:
o Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
o A creative thinker who loves testing new ideas and scaling successful campaigns.
