Operations/Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for an Operations/Marketing Assistant who is:
? Self-motivated – You don’t wait for instructions; you see what needs to be done and do it.
? A problem-solver – Instead of getting stuck, you ask questions and propose solutions.
? Proactive and confident – You are comfortable speaking up, asking for help, and offering suggestions to improve workflows.
? Organized and tech-savvy – You can manage CRMs, marketing tasks, and admin responsibilities.
? Flexible and eager to learn – You are open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve.
? Experienced in HighLevel (GoHighLevel) – or at least willing to learn fast.

???? IMPORTANT:
In this role, we WANT you to speak up, ask for clarification, and take initiative. You will not be micromanaged—you will be trusted to make decisions and drive results.

Responsibilities
Your role will involve but is not limited too:
???? Managing and optimizing CRM tools like HighLevel
???? Assisting with marketing campaigns (email, social media, content, and automation).
???? Handling administrative tasks, including organizing emails and scheduling.
???? Keeping marketing spreadsheets, workflows, and project tools updated.
???? Tracking and following up on leads and customer interactions.
???? Spotting problems in workflows and suggesting improvements.
???? Supporting content updates and basic social media management.
???? Ensuring all marketing and operational activities go out on time and accurately.
