Creative Designer & Ad copyer needed!

I want you to help me to write a job post for my new dropshipping creative making expert. Generate a nice and attractive job post title, but the person needs to be experienced in creating video and static ads , specifically for dropshipping. An example situation is that we see we have a winning product and then we need new creatives asap for it, the perfect fit for the job will make sure the right creatives are delivered within 1-2 hours (if not sleeping). Also the person needs to be pro active, for example use their own experience and knowlegde from the past what worked to implement it in our store and marketing. We will give this person a task to recreate a static ad and a video ad, to test their abilities. Also put an attention chekc in there that it must be answered otherwise not considered. - A strong experience in marketing/copywriting in dropshipping.

-Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and able to respond quickly to tasks.
- Bonus 1: Experience with Foreplay or Atria (creative workflow tool)
- Bonus 2: Experience in launching ads (media buying).
