JOB OVERVIEW

DEADLINE: April 5, 2025 Eastern Time.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Appointment Setter (Primarily calls) ASAP to join our fast-growing AI company. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with inbound leads through outbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our sales team. Secondary to this, if you will be taking on a full-time position, you will be communicating with a small scale of clients through simple messages to handle direct communication plus Upgrade to see actual info monitor facebook group for comments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with leads, qualify them, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Manage follow-ups with leads to ensure they are nurtured and ready for a consultation.
- Utilize cold Upgrade to see actual info in Facebook Groups and other platforms to generate additional opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of lead activity.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead outreach and conversion strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting goals and KPIs.

Requirements:
- Confidence in English language through verbal communication.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Experience with cold calling and familiarity with objection handling.
- Basic knowledge of cold DMs on social media platforms like Facebook.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and AI solutions (preferred but not required).

Able to work effectively from 9 to 6 pm Eastern Time with break.
