Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, research, and recruit influencers across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to collaborate on campaigns.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to promote
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with overall brand and marketing goals.
• Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Manage the influencer database and track campaign deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse influencers.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure campaign success.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging influencer content strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
