Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Phone Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and resolving inquiries efficiently. You will handle incoming calls, assist with product or service-related questions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a friendly and effective manner.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, order status, account management, or other service-related concerns.
• Document customer interactions and update internal systems with relevant details.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Provide information about company products, services, and policies.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
• Meet performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, phone support, or call center roles preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle diverse customer personalities.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position; may include evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business needs.
• Work environment: Remote or in-office, depending on company policy.
