Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, curate, and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms. Ensure content aligns with the company's brand.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and friendly manner, building an active and engaged community.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators for potential collaborations, partnerships, and brand promotions.
- Monitor social media metrics and provide insights on performance, including reach, engagement, and growth. Suggest strategies for improvement.
- Keep up with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and influencer marketing best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media coordination.
- Proven experience with social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content.
- Experience working with influencers or in influencer marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
