Job Overview
As our Marketing and Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence. You will design compelling visuals, create engaging content, and strategize to grow our social media followers. This role also involves assisting with marketing materials and newsletters for clients, ensuring every piece aligns with our brand's voice and values.

Compensation
$500 to $600

Key Responsibilities

~ Create stunning graphic designs and visuals using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Filmora, and Adobe.
~ Produce captivating video edits that engage and inspire audiences.
~ Manage and grow social media pages, ensuring timely and impactful content delivery.
~ Develop and execute strategies to increase followers and engagement on Facebook groups or pages.
~ Assist in creating marketing materials and newsletters tailored to client needs.
~ Leverage AI platforms intelligently to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
~ Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all design and social media tasks.
~ Collaborate with the team to align content with company goals and brand identity.

Qualifications

~ Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media management and marketing.
~ Strong proficiency in Filmora, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva.
~ Demonstrated success in growing social media followers and managing pages.
~ Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
~ Ability to think like a business owner and support others with a generous spirit.
~ Keen eye for detail and exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
~ Good understanding of AI platforms and their application in creating efficient workflows.
