About the Role
As a Virtual Assistant/Video Producer, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our TikTok presence. Your primary responsibilities include assisting with video production, leveraging AI tools for content creation, and ensuring seamless daily communication. This is an entry to mid-level position, requiring someone who can adapt to a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities
- Create and edit TikTok videos, ensuring high engagement and alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Utilize AI tools for content research, video production, and image manipulation.
- Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures with precision.
- Provide consistent communication and updates via virtual platforms.
- Collaborate on ad hoc tasks as needed, including weekend availability.

Results
- Produce visually appealing and on-brand TikTok content.
- Enhance audience engagement and drive sales through creative storytelling.
- Contribute to a seamless and efficient workflow.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience, with proven reliability.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute instructions flawlessly.
- Initiative and creativity in content production.
- Familiarity with AI content tools and basic video editing software.
- Weekend availability and flexibility with PST evening schedules.

Reporting Structure
You will report directly to the Content Manager and CEO of the company.

Salary: $3-$4 per hour.
