The Role
Working for a local recruitment agency in the Philippines which services the Australian market. This position would see you managing the local recruitment and processing team in PH whilst being directly responsible to the senior management team in Australia. You will be running the PH team in a hands-on capacity.
Responsibilities:
· Lead all aspects of business operations and financial performance, including budgeting and performance optimization.
· Report directly to the Australian management team, delivering regular reports and providing strategic market insights.
· Enhance team effectiveness through recruitment, training, goal-setting, issue resolution, and policy adherence.
· Monitor performance to meet KPIs and targets.
· Define and execute strategies to achieve organizational goals, align tasks, and enhance employee value through competitive compensation, development, diversity, and a supportive culture.
· Being responsible to have both the recruitment and process tea
· Assess, manage, and resolve challenging developments and situations.
· Process improvement
Skills and Experience - Must-Haves:
· Strong operations background.
· Experience in a time-sensitive environment.
· Experience working abroad
· Previous interaction with overseas companies (USA, Australia, Canada etc).
· Proficiency in process improvement.
· Excellent English comprehension
· Demonstrated authority and problem-solving skills.
· Proven track record in GM and operations roles.
· Effective leadership, motivation, and accountability.
· Exceptional communication and delegation abilities.
· Above average
Desirables (Good to Have):
· Experience with modern systems and software (Savvy with modern systems).
· Background in recruitment.
· Formal university-level education.
