The Role
We’re seeking a Claim Writer to transform adjusters’ scope sheets and photos into accurate insurance estimates. Using tools like Xactimate or Symbility, you’ll label photos, craft detailed narrative reports, and collaborate with adjusters nationwide. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities
Estimate Writing: Turn adjusters’ scope sheets and photos into thorough insurance estimates using Xactimate or Symbility.
Photo Labeling: Organize and label photos to support your estimates.
Narrative Reporting: Write clear, detailed reports explaining the extent of damage.
Adjuster Collaboration: Work closely with independent adjusters to finalize claims.
AI Integration: Embrace AI tools to streamline workflows and boost your skill set.

Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: $600/month after training, with up to a 25% increase in your first year.
Paid Vacation: 2 weeks in Year 1, increasing to 3–4 weeks in subsequent years.
