- Deliver **high-quality creatives within 1-2 hours** (if not sleeping) when urgent.
- Use your experience and knowledge of what works to suggest improvements to our store and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate via Slack and maintain fast, clear communication.
- Recreate test ads (one static and one video) as part of the application process.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experienced in dropshipping ads (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Midjourney) and emotional selling strategies.
- A strong experience in marketing/copywriting in dropshipping.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and able to respond quickly to tasks.
- Bonus 1: Experience with Foreplay or Atria (creative workflow tool)
- Bonus 2: Experience in launching ads (media buying).
