Project Manager (Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the execution of the 2025 Roadmap, ensuring that all initiatives are prioritized, planned, and completed on schedule.

Coordinate and oversee the Optimization Project, working with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement, define project goals, and implement solutions.

Act as the central point of contact for all marketing projects, managing timelines, resources, and communications with stakeholders.

Work closely with the Director of Marketing to align project goals with the overall marketing strategy.

Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of key marketing initiatives, adjusting resources and priorities as needed.

Identify potential risks and issues within projects and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.

Facilitate communication between marketing, sales, creative, and other teams to ensure alignment across departments.

Track and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Maintain a database of project documentation, ensuring all necessary information is properly recorded and accessible for future reference.

Ensure smooth collaboration with external partners and agencies involved in marketing projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management (3-5 years or more), preferably in marketing or a related field.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects across multiple teams.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) to track timelines and tasks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and keep teams aligned.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Familiarity with marketing concepts and campaigns, with an understanding of digital and traditional marketing.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once.
