We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our founder as a right-hand partner in managing and executing marketing projects with precision, creativity, and heart. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a positive mindset, and is committed to personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Execution: Oversee the flow of branding, website, and marketing projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables align with client goals.
- Branding Support: Assist in developing brand identities that align with our clients' visions, incorporating design, messaging, and storytelling elements.
- Marketing Strategy Implementation: Work alongside the founder to bring marketing strategies to life, including funnels, campaigns, and client touchpoints.

- Social Media Management: Develop content calendars, create compelling content, and monitor performance across platforms.
- Content Creation: Assist in writing copy that resonates emotionally with clients, from website content to ad copy and social media captions.
- Sales Funnel Execution: Support the design and implementation of sales funnels that align with client goals and marketing strategies.
- Ad Campaign Coordination: Collaborate on planning, launching, and optimizing paid ad campaigns for social media and search engines.
- Industry Research: Stay up to date with the latest trends in branding, digital marketing, and design to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Administrative Support: Help with organizing tasks, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring all moving parts are coordinated efficiently.

- A creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and a love for branding and fashion.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- A strong writer who understands emotional connection and can craft messages that resonate with our audience.
- Passionate about supporting soul-led entrepreneurs and committed to personal growth and elevation.
- Up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and eager to pursue ongoing professional learning.
- Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the overall vision and strategy.
- Skilled in using marketing tools such as Canva, Asana, Slack, and
- Enthusiastic, positive, and solution-oriented—someone who thrives in a collaborative and high-vibe environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or project coordination.
- Familiarity with website platforms like GoHighLevel, WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace.
- Experience with CRM and
