Instantly Campaign Manager

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager / Account Manager to join our agency.

What You’ll Do:

• Campaign Setup & Management: Set up cold email campaigns from scratch, including list uploads, targeting, and sequences.
Monitor campaign health (deliverability, open rates, reply rates) and troubleshoot issues.
Manage domain warming and ensure all campaigns meet best practices for inbox placement.


• Performance Review & Optimisation Regularly review campaign metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance.
Proactively suggest improvements to campaigns based on data analysis.


• Reply Handling & Client Communication Manage replies via Unibox, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Categorise and escalate leads or inquiries as needed.
Handle client communication, including updates on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.


Who We’re Looking For:

• An expert with a deep understanding of cold email campaigns and automation tools.

• Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimise performance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bonus: Experience managing client accounts or working in a similar role.
