Our digital marketing company Berri Marketing, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant and Social Media Coordinator to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing various administrative tasks, assisting with social media, graphic design (using Canva), online business administration and website development-related projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organisational skills, multitasking ability, and a passion for digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Support the project management process by tracking project timelines, completing and coordinating tasks, and ensuring all project components progress smoothly.
- Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organising
- Social Media Coordination: Coordinate social media initiatives by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to interactions. Collaborate on campaigns to enhance online presence and reach.
- Process Improvement: Work to improve workflow and processes using ClickUp as the primary management tool.
- Client Communication: Assist with client communication by responding to
- Website Content Management: Assist with the management of website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and optimised for search engines. Help upload blog posts and update web pages.
- Digital Marketing Support: Support digital marketing projects, including content creation,

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Social Media Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or related environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. I am interested in a long-term role in the company, with opportunities for growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and practices,
- Proficiency in office and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Canva, Capcut).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma required; further education or certifications in digital marketing, business administration, or related fields preferred.
- Most importantly, you should be self-motivated with a strong sense of integrity.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to monitor & use project management software (ClickUp & Slack) to manage workload & communicate with other members of the team.
