High-Ticket Closer for Real Estate Investment Program
Base Salary: $24,000 AUD per year ($2,000 AUD/month).
Uncapped Earning Potential: Earn up to $250,000 AUD per year.
Example: Closing 40 deals monthly could generate an additional $205,000 AUD annually.
Commission Structure:
$500 AUD per close for the first 5 deals monthly.
$750 AUD per close for deals 6–40.
Work Environment: 100% remote role with flexible hours.
About the Role
We are seeking driven, high-performing high-ticket closers to sell a $5,000 AUD, 12-week real estate flipping program. This program teaches participants how to identify profitable properties, build a flipping team, secure investors, and achieve successful property flips—all without relying on banks.
As a closer, you will handle pre-qualified leads provided by our appointment-setting team. Your focus will be to build rapport, establish trust, and convert prospects into program participants. This role offers substantial earning potential for those willing to commit to excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
Close High-Ticket Sales: Convert warm leads into program participants with a consultative, trust-building approach.
Hit Monthly KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for closed deals.
Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of prospects in the CRM, following up consistently to drive conversions.
Collaborate with Setters and Marketing: Work closely with the team to ensure quality leads and provide feedback to refine the sales system.
Optimize the Sales Process: Continuously improve your techniques, staying focused on delivering value to prospects.
Key Skills, Experience & Qualities
Sales Expertise: Proven success in high-ticket closing, ideally in real estate or B2C programs.
Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate investment or property flipping is highly valued but not required.
Emotional Intelligence: Skilled in building trust, addressing objections, and creating a safe space for prospects.
Self-Motivation: Driven to achieve high performance, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Adaptability: Open to feedback and committed to continuously improving your skills.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRMs and other sales tools to manage your pipeline and appointments.
